History…

Blake opened his first studio in 1971 below a bar in a little town called Rochelle Park. What could be more appropriate. Blake called it “Fox Recording” and the place took off.

Some years later in 1977 he permanently moved to a much more professional facility in Rutherford NJ.

Putting an ad out in the paper caught the eyes of musicians & producers looking to record in a studio somewhere else besides NYC.

Blake used the line “We took a bite out of the big apple” and the rest was history.
